Las Vegas hosts more corporate gatherings than any city in America, and most of them look exactly alike: a ballroom, a lectern, a slideshow. Scheme Events exists for companies who want the other kind, the welcome reception people photograph, the incentive dinner that feels like a private club, the launch that matches the product's ambition.
We are a design-led planning studio. For sixteen years that discipline has been tested where the stakes are most personal, on weddings, and we bring the same standard to corporate work: one team owning the vision, the vendors and the room, with one point of accountability for how the night looks, moves and lands.

How engagements work
Corporate engagements are quoted as custom proposals based on guest count, venue and production scope. Planning can begin a year out for large programs or inside eight weeks for a focused dinner or reception.

Do you plan corporate events or only weddings?
Both. Scheme is a design-led planning studio; weddings built our reputation, and companies hire us to bring that same standard to receptions, dinners, launches and celebrations across Las Vegas.
What size events do you take on?
From a twenty-person executive dinner to a conference welcome reception in the hundreds. The design discipline scales; the point of accountability stays the same.
Can you work inside our company's brand guidelines?
Yes. We treat brand standards the way we treat a couple's vision: as the brief. Palettes, signage, lighting and tablescapes are designed to your identity, not to a banquet catalog.
How far in advance should we book?
Large programs benefit from six to twelve months. Dinners and receptions can come together in as little as eight weeks, subject to venue availability, and Las Vegas calendars fill fastest around conference season and the holidays.
