About Scheme

We are Tara and Courtney, and together we are Scheme Events: memory creators, storytellers, idea generators and, ultimately, wedding planners. A steady pulse on innovation, a passion for love and a calming presence has allowed Scheme to flourish for over a decade.

How much does a Las Vegas wedding planner cost?
Day-of management starts at $3,000 and partial planning starts at $6,000, both dependent on venue, guest count and wedding date. Full planning and design is custom quoted. See the Investment page for how fees are structured.
Do you handle florals?
We design your floral direction as part of the overall wedding design, then pair you with our preferred Las Vegas floral studios to build it, one vision on one timeline.
Do you plan multicultural and destination weddings?
Yes. Scheme celebrates all faiths and cultures, with published South Asian, interfaith and fusion celebrations, and plans destination weddings from Santorini to Cancun.
