How much does a Las Vegas wedding planner cost?
Day-of management starts at $3,000 and partial planning starts at $6,000, both dependent on venue, guest count and wedding date. Full planning and design is custom quoted to your venue, guest count and design ambitions; see the Investment page for details.
How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
12 to 18 months ahead for peak spring and fall Saturday dates. Shorter timelines are absolutely workable; some of our favorite weddings came together in months. Reach out and we will be honest about what your timeline allows.
Do you handle floral design?
We design your floral direction inside the same process as the rest of your wedding design, then pair you with our preferred Las Vegas floral studios to bring it to life.
Do you plan multicultural and interfaith weddings?
Yes, proudly. Scheme celebrates all faiths and cultures; our portfolio includes South Asian celebrations featured by Maharani Weddings, interfaith ceremonies and fusion weddings.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes. Scheme has planned published destination weddings in Santorini, Cancun and Scottsdale, and regularly plans Las Vegas weddings for couples who live out of state.
What venues do you work with in Las Vegas?
Our portfolio spans the Four Seasons, Caesars Palace, Aria, Red Rock Resort, Southern Highlands, Cascata, Green Valley Ranch, The Smith Center, AREA15 and many more. We will match your vision and budget to the right rooms.
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?
A venue coordinator works for the venue: their job ends at the property line. Your planner works for you: budget, design, every vendor, the full timeline and all the moments between spaces.
Do you offer just day-of coordination?
Yes. Our day-of management service starts six weeks out with a full logistics handoff, production schedule, rehearsal direction and complete wedding-day coordination.
How do we start working with Scheme?
Send an inquiry through our contact page with your date, guest count and vision. A real person replies, usually the same day, to schedule a consultation. From there you receive a custom written proposal.
