Fall wedding season has come and gone, but the planning hasn’t slowed down. The Scheme girls have been busy creating gorgeous mockups, attending lots of tastings, scheduling vendor meetings, creating production schedules and much much more for all our amazing couples this upcoming spring season. Today we take you inside some of these meetings!
Amber and Daniel are hosting an all Vegan menu at Springs Preserve this spring and Divine Events wowed us at the tasting! Chef prepared a Mediterranean sample filled with sun dried tomato hummus, grilled pita, lavosh, tofu with quinoa and roasted vegetables. Amber and Daniel’s vegan dinner stations were custom created with the first filled with spring rolls, coconut curry, fried rice and white sticky rice with mango and a second station filled with salsa, guacamole and chips, black bean and corn quesadillas with Daiya cheese, bean enchiladas and pineapple empanadas. Yummy! We rolled out of the tasting. We also paired with Layers of Lovely to create a mockup of their table. We’ve got ceramic robots, wooden chargers, purple and grey linens and gorgeous floral and succulents being pulled together for their wedding day.

At Lesley and Tom’s tasting, Scheme pulled together their place settings with the Blair Natural La Tavola Linen, federal blue napkin, Bellagio’s gold beaded charger and custom menu designed by Paper and Home. The place setting will be completed with a personal floral bud and favor on the actual wedding day. Bellagio treated us to a delicious tasting with excellent service and accommodations. We are looking forward to Lesley and Tom’s wedding this spring.

Cynthia and Sam came to town to play with linens from Creative Coverings and dishes from Dirty Dishes for their gorgeous wedding at Legends Ranch. The overall design of their wedding is coming together with the help of some awesome vendors like Masterpiece Cuisine, Enchanted Florist, RSVP Party Rentals and LED Unplugged.
