Scheme Events recently coordinated an Oktoberfest birthday party theme at Hofbrahaus Las Vegas. The birthday boy, Brad, had recently been to Germany for Oktoberfest and wanted to continue the party in Las Vegas. Mens birthday party ideas can be some of the trickiest to create.  Luckily, we have some of the best venues in Las Vegas to host the best birthday bashes!  See below for some photos of our favorite things from Brad’s Oktoberfest birthday.

Hofbrauhaus gives out their menus with an edition of the “Good Times” Newspaper.  We designed a special newspaper insert featuring stories about Brad’s recent trip to Germany.  It had fun facts about the trip, pictures and a crossword for guests to enjoy.

Gift bags were at each place setting and included a beer mug, freshly roasted nuts, and a copy of the “Good Times” and the “Turner Tribune”. Scheme Events designed the gift bags with Useful German Phrases for the guests to use throughout the night. One of our favorite memories of the birthday is the photobooth with the Instagram Frame Props to use. No Oktoberfest birthday is complete without drunken German phrases being shouted around!

Useful German Phrases such as ‘Good Evening’, ‘Happy Birthday’, ‘More beer, please’ and ‘Why can’t I see my feet?’ were included on the outside of the gift bags.
