Remember the beautiful Australian couple whose engagement session graced our blog back in November? Well, they’re married!! And as usual, J. Anne Photography knocked it out of the park with these images. On the morning of the big day Kate and Rob got ready with their girls and guy in their separate suites, all was calm yet emotions were filled with excitement. Soon after his cufflinks were in and her gorgeous headpiece was in place they hopped on to separate limousines to do their First Look at Spring Mountain Ranch. An ivory settee from Nostalgia Resources was the perfect addition to the lush green frame and the bridal party had so much fun taking photos around the park. Confetti anyone?!
When it came time to star the ceremony, Kate exchanged her headpiece for a cathedral length lace time veil to surprise Rob. Angie Kelly of Peachy Keen Unions officiate the beautiful ceremony which was filled with inside jokes and sweet exchanges of words and promises – one of my favorite moments was of the groom reaching for his bride’s handkerchief to wipe away his tears. As soon as they were pronounced Mr. & Mrs., everyone clapped and cheered, especially because it meant it was time to party!
The reception was held in the Gardens Terrace under strings of bistro lights that warmed the room up with bright and fun centerpieces. Guests quickly enjoyed their dinner and head straight out on to the dance floor! You can’t miss their non-traditional wedding cake. Inspired by an Anthropologie window display, a tower of various cheese wheels fit the room perfectly and it was a hit amongst guests served alongside fruits and crackers.
