As a Las Vegas wedding planner, you’ll find us in a nightclub, country club, resort ballroom, ranch, museum, performing arts center and many other types of venues. While we sometimes stay true to the traditional round table room layout, Scheme Events loves to get creative on our floor plans. There are so many possibilities and with this #TBT we relive some of the room layouts we love from our past events.
Savannah and Shane hosted their wedding reception at Legends Ranch. RSVP Party Rentals has amazing napa tables that look stunning at this venue. So we took advantage! We created a U shape around the dance floor so every guests was within a few steps of the dance floor.
Liz and Jean got married at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. The courtyard provided a grand open space to hold an even mix of round and long tables. We included a mixture of low and tall centerpieces to give the space the perfect variety. Everything was pulled together with matching place settings and chairs.
Scheme Events was recently the programs chair for the launch of WIPA Las Vegas. We got clever with the layout of the Four Seasons ballroom by creating 2 large X shaped tables that were bold and glamourous. This room layout would be great for a wedding. Include a dance floor in the middle and you’re good to go.
Liz and Greg hosted an amazing reception at Havana Room inside Tropicana. When working with a nontraditional wedding venue, Scheme Events does its best to work with the venue layout rather than against it. Havana Room has beautiful built in lounge seating that we highlighted with gorgeous linens and candles. Guests truly enjoyed sitting in intimate groups of 4 instead of rounds of 10.
