If you’ve known me for a few minutes you probably know that I love eating. I don’t know what it is, but I always seem to be hungry!! I just love food…a whole lot. One of the great parts of wedding planning in Las Vegas is having fun with creative wedding food displays. Everyone is going to serve food at a wedding. Are you making your food just part of the evening or something special for your guests to be WOWED by? There are so many incredible ways to make your food fun and interactive. One of our recent country chic wedding in Las Vegas the caterer provided small grilling stations for fresh grilled corn on the cob and a live action station with gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Another Las Vegas wedding featured mini tacos with mini margaritas served alongside. They were a huge hit!
